PET POLICIES FOR YOULE REALTY
Many of Youle Realty's Properties are pet friendly, each property varies. Please check with an associate of Youle Realty for the individual property you are interested in. We allow up to and no more than 2 pets. There is a $300 security deposit for the first pet, any additional pet will require a $200 deposit. Youle Realty takes pride in maintaining well taken care of and clean properties, we like to keep them that way. Pet deposits are refundable at the end of lease term, to be determined by any pet damages.
For tenants with cats please note there is an additional black lighting fee of $30 dollars upon move in and move out. This is to guarantee there is no damage done to the carpet.
Current tenants must contact Youle Realty for written approval before bringing any new animals into the property that are not currently on the lease.
