When is my rent due?

Your rent is due on the 1st day of every month, no matter what day the 1st falls on. Late fees begin accruing on the the 3rd after 4:00pm.  Please check your lease for the specifics. 

How can I pay my rent?  

If you are paying rent on time, you may pay by check, money order, bank check, or through tenant portal online. To make a payment online you must contact Youle Realty to set up your tenant log on ID. Youle Realty no longer accepts payments in the form of cash.We have a drop box located at the top of the stairs by our office. If your rent is late, a personal check will not be accepted. Please make all late payments by money order or bank check.

Please note, we can only accept payments from current tenants (or a parent of current tenant) listed on the lease. Also, please make all forms of payment out to Youle Realty and your property address is on every check or money order. 

How can we move in a roommate or transfer?

Only the tenants listed on the lease are allowed to reside at the property. Should you need to change out a roommate, you must contact Youle Realty to get further information and approval to begin the process. Again, please remember that no changes can be made without PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL from Youle Realty. Please find the forms for roommate changes under "helpful links and forms". 


My lease is ending, what do I do?

Youle Realty will contact you 30 days prior to your lease end date to see if you will want to extend or vacate the property. At that time you will have 30 days to vacate the premise or you will need to sign an extension form with us. If you plan to leave the property, you must be out of the premise at 12:00 pm on the lease end date. You must clean the property to avoid cleaning charges. Youle Realty will get the carpets cleaned and locks changed as stated in the lease. You will need to turn in all keys, garage openers, pool keys, etc to avoid charges. 

When will my security deposit be returned?

Your security deposit with be returned with in the parameters of your lease, no later than 60 days after your lease period terminates, as required by state law. Please check your lease.  We will make every attempt to get your deposit returned to you as soon as possible, however, this process usually cannot be sped up. It can take up to 45 days just to get final utilities billed and to collect any applicable charges. Your security deposit will be mailed to the last address we have on file for you. Please make sure to notify us of your NEW forwarding address for deposit returns.
